This Resource centres develops by publishing booklets on the workshops, by translating into Vietnamese reference books and miscellaneous publications (research studies, etc.), and is for:

• experts, engineering and design department, French companies wishing to obtain information on the context and Vietnamese projects,
• Vietnamese executives wishing to discover and to open to foreign experiences and methods.

The Centre includes :

• Handbooks and French and international reference books, with some of them translated and published in Vietnamese by PADDI (see PRUD study: "La ville vietnamienne en transition" published in French, Vietnamese and English)
• PADDI booklets ;
• Documents, miscellaneous studies on the context and Vietnamese projects.
