PADDI studies all technical support requests from Vietnamese partners presenting a mid-term economic potential for French companies.

Some of the projects from technical support to implementation :

• Development of solar energy and of a project to manufacture solar panels in Vietnam,
• Advice on the HCMC master plan review,
• Advice on the establishment of the international consultancy for HCMC town centre.
• Support to Metropolitan Authority for Public railway (MAUR) in the setting up of rail urban transport projects and in the institutional reorganisation of mass transit in HCMC.
