PADDI’s approach is to first consider the demand from the Vietnamese partners and to try to meet this demand as well as possible. The aim is to take into account the Vietnamese issues and not to apply French solutions in a completely different context but rather to try to draw inspiration from French methods and know-how.

PADDI goals :

• Institutional support and help for the implementation of the project for the People’s Committee.
  Recipients: staff from the town and district departments.

• An intervention platform and planning monitoring in the urban field is available for the French and Rhônes-Alpes stakeholders.
  Recipients: companies, engineering and design departments, public bodies, ...
